Request a DNA Kit

1. Download the Request a DNA Kit form, or fill out the online form below.
2. Send form and payment to the Canadian Arabian Horse Registry. For fees & payment options, please see the Fee Schedule page or download a Miscellaneous Fees payment form. Please note, fees must be paid before the kit(s) will be mailed.
3. A DNA kit with detailed instructions will be provided for each horse. Fill out the DNA Kit and affix hair samples as instructed.
4. Send the DNA Kit directly to the Lab for processing. Instructions and a pre-addressed envelope are provided with DNA Kit. Please do not send hair samples to the CAHR Office.
